Yes the initiative taken by Unilever has changed the mind set.

The initiative take by Unilever is both a strategy and a corporate social responsibility. The reason behind say both is that Unilever is trying to make the world a better place by fulfilling the social, environmental and economic needs. It is an indirect strategy planned by Unilever to draw the attention of the public so that more number of people are interested in helping with the initiative. One best part of this initiative is that Unilever is looking forward to women empowerment which is very necessary. The second best part is recycling the waste like plastic etc. The third best Unilever is trying to do is looking forward to greenhouse gas which is changing the weather condition of different countries, for which no number of natural disaster is increasing day by day. Unilever is trying to make the society a better place to live in for which the strategy planned is good, this will bring in more financial resources so that initiative taken up by Unilever works successful.
