Generally all we are doing negligent activities , but whether they are legal claim exists is dependent upon whether they are legal ot not. Therefore, there is a difference between legal duty and a moral duty.Legal duty results civil claim. But failure to do moral duty makes thet person or group feel bad, when person recognizes that moral duty exists. Most all illegal duties also will be a moral duty. However, many moralduties that breaks the norms of a society do not constitute a legal duty.

Let us consider the situation where a college is held to have no legal duty to effectively, the college knows students are at risk on property. Although no legal duty may attached, students, parents, and society in general would hope that the college would recognize and act upon its moral duty.Based on this the Court found no duty to act and granted a summary motion to dismiss. Thus, this is a case where one would expect that college employees responsible for student safety would have a moral duty to act, even the courts fail to find duty under the law. Most parents and students likely believe that colleges and universities have a moral duty to act in situations where a student is in danger even when no legal duty exists. However, legal advisors and pilice officers to colleges and universities are known to advise those institutions to not involve when no legal duty exists since becoming a little involved may well create legal duty when no legal duty would otherwise exist. One would hope that when a college recognizes that student safety is at risk, it would act appropriately even though no legal duty existed.

b) Let us consider the situation that a college student and he consumed alcohol and entered into classrrom. Consuming alcohol is his personal, But it effects anyone it becomes negligent activity.Even sometimes it may become negligent of legal duty. But based on studente carier on legal duty takes effect on college students.Hence he only effected by negliogent moral duty. He loose all his respect in the college , and it causes to less his moral behavior. Then he was punished internally becuase of reason he crossesd society moral duties.
