ROLE OF MANAGERS IN AN ORGANIZATION WHEN DECIDING TRAINNIG FOR STAFF:
All managers play crucial role in an organization. As well as manager have leadership role in an organization. The manger coordinates the work of the employees and leads to their subordinates. The managers are the in charge of an industry or an organisation. Hiring employees, provides training, motivating employees and disciplining employees are the key role of the mangers.
Training to staff needs lots of consideration and efforts in both terms new hiring and existing one. With provides adequate training to employees create the huge benefit for an organization.
Basically employees leave the company not for the reason that was bad but due to leave because of bad manger. Because employees everyday interaction with managers with level of workplace.
Ways of mangers to improve employees training:
1 Set the example and foster a learning culture
2 Create opportunities for on the job practice
3 Communicate the value of employees development
4 Offer a deeper insight into employees
5 Set training and performance goals
ANALYZE AND EXPLAIN THE IMPORTANCE OF NEED ANALYSIS:
A need analysis or assessment of need can be conducted more than one way. But goal or point is common in all types of ways. Need analyses used by an organization to determine how the limited resources can be used in an effective way without wastage of time and money.
The importance of need analysis is to define the user identification, define functional specification, and set usability objectives.
One of the importance of need analysis is that the design of interface is based on this information.
