Breast feeding is the best natural feeding and breast milk is the best milk. The basic food of infant is mothers milk. Breast feeding is the most effective way to provide a baby with caring environment and coplete food.It meats the nutritional as well as psychological and emotional needs of the infant.

Breast feeding is better than bottle feeding beacause of many reasons, Such as,

1.Breast feeding is safest, cheapest, and best protective food for infants. Breastfed babies have fewer infections and hospitalizations than formula-fed infants. During breastfeeding, antibodies and other germ-fighting factors pass from a mother to her baby and strengthen the immune system. while formula feed does not contain Immunoglobulins (no passive immunity).

2.Skin-to-skin" contact. Many nursing mothers really enjoy the experience of bonding so closely with their babies. And the skin-to-skin contact can enhance the emotional connection between mother and infant.During bottle feedin mother -child bonding is less.

3.Breast milk consist of perfect balance of nutrients, moreover it is easily digested and absorbed, so that breastfed babies have fewer bouts of diarrhea or constipation Were as Nutritional content of formula feed depends on proper preparation and Not as efficiently utilized/absorbed as breast milk.

Temper tantrum is a sudden outburst or violent display of anger ,frustration and bad temper as physical agression or resistance such as rigid body ,biting,kicking,throwing objects ,hitting, crying , rolling on the floor screaming loudly, bagging limbs etc.

  • The activity is directed towards the environment not to any person or anything . It is normal in toddler, may continous to preschool period and become more severe indicating the low frustration tolerance.

  • Assessment of specific problem of child by appropriate history and detection of the resposible factors.
  • Informing parents and make them aware about the cause of behavioral problems of the perticular child.
  • Encourage the child for behavioral modification , as needed.
  • promoting healthy emotional development by adequate physical , psychological and social support.
  • Provide counseling services for children and their parents to solve the problems, whenever necessary and for tender loving care for children.
  • Refering the child with behavioral problems for necessary management and support to better health care facilities, child guidance clinic,or social welfare agencies.

  1. Show and tell. Teach children right from wrong with calm words and actions. Model behaviors you would like to see in your children.

  2. Set limits. Have clear and consistent rules your children can follow. Be sure to explain these rules in age-appropriate terms they can understand
  3. Give consequences. Calmly and firmly explain the consequences if they don't behave. For example, tell her that if she does not pick up her toys, you will put them away for the rest of the day. Be prepared to follow through right away
  4. Hear them out. Listening is important. Let your child finish the story before helping solve the problem
  5. Give them your attention. The most powerful tool for effective discipline is attention—to reinforce good behaviors and discourage others. Remember, all children want their parent's attention.
  6. Be prepared for trouble. Plan ahead for situations when your child might have trouble behaving. Prepare them for upcoming activities and how you want them to behave.
  7. Redirect bad behavior. Sometimes children misbehave because they are bored or don't know any better. Find something else for your child to do.
