1.Based on given data Amrik was unable to move around in his chair ,some on sis required to push .If Amrik was out side ,left in full sun ,some on Ewan left him there . So first its responsibility of Nicole's to identify who left him there ,(Any other duty shift employee (Nurse)) .Is there any reason behind that . and then she need to bring him I side in wheel chai ,offer some water ,need to avoide group of people for free air. Next she has to assess Amrik condition (Vitals). She has to try to communicate with him. It was morning ,so need to identify weather morning care provided or not ,and provide breakfast for amrik.
