Nicole is a care worker at Darley Road Residential Care. One of her clients is a young man, Amrik, who has a significant acquired brain injury that has resulted in his ability to complete daily tasks for himself. He is unable to move around in his wheelchair and requires someone to push him from place to place.

Some of the ways Nicole's need to take to help him are first to reassure and provide psychological support.This can boost his self confidence.Establish a positive communication, this can help to relieve stress and feeling lighten .Inform the client this matter of concern will be brought to the attention of their management. 8.The common risk to Amrik in a normal day are
Risk to skin ulcer or pressure ulcer due to prolonged immobility in a day
Disuse osteoporosis can be greater risk in yhese type of patient because of the pressure being applied at the particular site
9.Every patient has the rights to take certain risk which is not life threatening under the concept of dignity.Here Nicole's decision can lead to disempowerment felling in the patient by making the patient to think don't he have rights to take even simple decision for himself, should he travel only as per the caregivers advice and not tell their need even though there is some minimal risk.
