Main side effect of muscarinic agonist

                   * Urinary urgency.

                   * Gastrointestinal problems.( nausea,abdominal muscle cramp,diarrhea)

                   * Head ache.

                   * Hypotension, Reflex tachycardia.

   * Flushing on skin.

   * Bronchoconstriction.

   * continous sweating and asthma.

Precautions and contraindications of use

                    * This drug have parasympathomimetic action so can not used to pepticulcer,Intestinal

                       obstruction and hyperthyroidism.

                    * It can not used for patient with bradycardia and congestive heart failure.

                    * Observe blood pressure of patient because it lowers cardicac output.
