We discussed "Institutions" a great deal. Pick two of the institutions we read about and discuss their evolution in Western Europe. Consider the factors that drove the institutions to change over time. In addition, consider the impacts the changing institutions had on economic activity.
Today western europe comprise of 8 countries,consisting uk,france,germany,austria,netherlands,spain,italy and sweden.these 8 countries are top in their economic background.European union is one of the most important oraganisation for the reason of current evoution.indroduction of euro intiates good exchange value and trade value,the primary goal of the institution is to maintain peace and security.their socio,cultural and economic enhancement is popular among world.before world war 2 european economy is too deficit,countries doesn't trust among them selves,there were security issues.these problems get resolved through the setup of EU.this helps greater western civilisation.another institution is European atomic enery community:it is an international organisation formed in the year 1957.purpose of the body to develope nuclear energy and supply to state not having energy resources. MAJOR IMPACTS ON ECONOMIC ACTIVITY : 1, trade market increased.2,dollar value shortened.3,exports and imports get wider.4,peace treaty created among fighting countries,this helps in foreign direct investment under wto.
