b. RESPECT TOWARDS EACHOTHER -

At workplace we have to give respect to all the collegeous and to the all level employee so the person working with us can communicate with us easily without having hesitation and do their work also with there best ability.

And , as we give respect we also get respect from them which creats a good environment at workplace .

We have to stop doing complain at workplace we are there to do our works not to judge anyone complaining does nothing. If you're around people who complain a lot , get away from them . Try to see the situation in a positive way.

Complain is a way to see everything in a negative version. It's a one way road to dissatisfaction that builds the further you travel.

e . LOOK TO LONG TERM INSTEAD OF SHORT TERM -

Sometimes it happens that the situation is not going good and we think about that time how we face the difficulties at our workplace .

But when situation is difficult in short term adjust your vision to long term. Short term tends to be heavy on emotion . Making decisions and taking action based on it so we see the long term vision that in future there is profit in doing that or not .

At workplace sometimes to talk to defend ourself such as I AM GOING TO FAIL ,  I AM NOT CONFIDENT , I DON'T HAVE WHAT IT TAKES , I CAN'T and many more talk such words reduce our confidence, diminish our performance lowe our potential , and ultimately stop our success process.

C . THE FEAR OF FAILURE -

At the time by giving our performance we might feel we are not good in some way that are often associated with perfectionism but that doesn't mean we not try it allone have fear of failure but after trying that only they became the successful person.

While having fear of failure and making mistake we demotivated ourselves in our work.

d . Negative remuneration about our past -

The thing's which happened in our past we have to learn from that but not be stuck. Don't dwell on the past past give us only experience not tell us reality that we can't do it .

Always try to make better choices today and move on while having a motivation in our mind and kn positive attitudes.

e . NEGATIVE COMPARISION WITH OTHER -

Never compare yourself with other as everyone have different ability to do the same work or other when you wishing to have what someone else has , & feel jealous, inadequate or inferior as a result that will be negative social comparision.

Comparision is the easiest and most common way to feel bad about ourselves is compare yourself with other . Comparison can be of anything like of you post , your talent , your status , your achievements or anything it's bad and creat a negative attitudes in mind.
