The present and future of the current living generation is completely relied on technology. Since the use of technology is more than its use on previous day, has made it as the inseparable part. Thus it reflects positivity and negativity in our lives

Positives-

1. Learning- the process of learning is always a continuous process in living beings. The process of learning these days is way simpler than the old days. Students, professionals, business personalities learn untiringly daily and this process is just made easier with the help of technology use. Some clicks away from learning anything and everything.

2. Communication- The communication is so widely beingc conducted with extensive use of technology. Miles of distance is reduced to fingertips with communication technological advancements.

3. Medical advancement- The growth in technology has given exponential growth in medical treatments. The treatments have reduced the overhead of physical barred and made it easier for medical professionals .

4. National security- The advancement and extensive use of technology is now one of the greatest pillar of national security.

5. Business- The technology has reduced the distance between user and products. The services are now away from some clicks away due to use of technology.

Negative-

While some forms of technology may have made positive changes in the world, there is evidence for the negative effects of technology and its overuse, as well.

Isolation
Technologies, such as social media, are designed to bring people together, yet they may have the opposite effect in some cases.

Depression and anxiety-

Social media and mobile devices may lead to psychological and physical issues, such as eyestrain and difficulty focusing on important tasks. They may also contribute to more serious health conditions, such as depression.

The overuse of technology may have a more significant impact on developing children and teenagers.

Physically also there are negative effects on eyes, posture, sleep, reduced physical activity. These effects are long term and people suffer more diseases like diabetes, insonia, obesity which leads to more health problems.
