A stakeholder is either an individual,group or rganization who is impacted by the outcome of a project.They have an interest that is direct or indirect for the success of each and every project of an organization.Then we can say the individuals or groups who is having power to influence an organization are stakeholders.

Then we will go to the other factors that might be cosidered for the successof a project that will be influenced by the stake holders:

*They should maintain a good communication between the team members in an organization.

*They should be cooperate and maintain good relation with the other members.

*They should lead up in their roles and resposibilities.

*They should have good interpersonal skills.

*They should avoid conflicts between the team members.

*Good participation for the success.

*Should cosider the needs and interest of others.

*They should have a good decision making power.

*They should timely report the porns and corns while participating in a strategy.

*Encourage other team members in strategy planning and help others when needed.

*Periodic evaluation of succession of a project and send regular updates to other team members.

*Proper documentation of each and every step.

*Discovering new ideas till end of the project.

*They should maintain good discipline.
