Write a brief an example of typical "elevator pitch" (explained in lecture) that you could use to introduce yourself to anyone when networking. An elevator pitch should be 1-5 sentences (a short paragraph) to introducing oneself and any core pieces of career oriented information about themselves when messaging someone or meeting someone. The elevator pitch is a short briefing of yourself. It is not supposed to be long like 550 words. I have written those many cause you asked me to. For your further information, 'm highlighting the important sentences that would make a good elevator pitch.

Example:

I am Sushant Singh and I am pleased to meet you. I am from a small family of 4. My father is a retired army man, my mother is a homemaker and I have a brother pursuing his majors. I graduated from Oxford University with a major in Mechanical Engineering. My favorite subjects are mechanics, Thermodynamics, and Strength of materials. I've done mini-projects in the regarding subjects with dedication and keen interest that produced me good grades. Designing of helical gears with different helix angle and testing their strength and wear using solid works and Ansys, designing a gating system to reduce the casting defects using Pro-E, and designing and analysis of disc brakes in solid works. My latest and main project was regarding biofuels that is being published in an international journal. I am a research-oriented person and always interested in new things and their technology.

I have good skills in Microsoft excel and simulating Softwares such as Solidworks, Ansys, Procast, and Pro-E. I have learned them for my mini projects during my majors. I've done my internship in ford motors, where I was exposed to an industrial environment, their work culture, and their competitors. I was admitted to the manufacturing section. There I learned the manufacturing of different components of cars, their testing and making sure they are of the desired quality.

I have done some e-courses such as Industry 4.0, Bulk Material handlings, bearings, Heat treatment of steel, Lifting tools and tackle, Basic metallurgy, Basic TQM, MS office, Machine learning, and Industrial water system from udemy, course era and other online course providers that helped me get more aware of the industrial terms and norms. It helped me strengthen my skills further and made me ready for industrial exposure.

I am a good team player, hard-working, time managing, and honest. My weakness is trusting people easily, i do believe that trust is the thing that helps people move forward and som people prove that wrong to me. So, I'm having trouble lately who to trust. I have good friends who help me in times of need. They support me and encourage me of my abilities and I like it from most of them. My hobbies are playing cricket, watching movies, listening to music, and most importantly learning technology behind electronic gadgets such as smartphones and electric cars.

I have leadership qualities as I've led some of the cultural and technical events in my University. I am a person with dedication and perfection that gets the job done in good quality. I always make sure of the finest details that crave the final output because missing those details leads to imperfection and poor quality.

I have strengthened and tamed myself over the years to be suitable to play any role that you enforce on me. I have learned about your company through my seniors and social media. I am enthralled to work in companies like yours which work for the betterment of society and the country, which can help me build a good career. I would make my sweat rain and brain drain to reach the goals of the company. So, as to see development as a whole for myself and the company.
