Two types of activities they is told and is beneficial for adults between 10-65 years old are aerobic and muscle strengthing
Aerobic activity is beneficial for good functioning of heart and vascular system as it help's to complete the requirements of body needs.
The timeframe of 150 minutes is suggested suitable for physical exercises with a break of 10 minutes and should be performed on a regular basis.
Such practices reduce the risk of chronic disease as well as diabetes.
Normally 3 days a week is also can improve your health by doing physical activities.
Muscle strengthing exercise can enhance bone and muscles strengths. Such exercises need to be performed under trainer guidance as doing wrong way can enhance their chances of harming themselves.
No I personally am not able to achieve these guidelines strictly but in a day one time stretching I perform that makes my muscles flexible. I walk 1.5 km daily morning and evening time to keep myself active. The diets also I keep as simple and avoid junk foods that keeps my immune system in control. I try to drink more than 1.5 L of water per day as this can keep digestive system strong. I am not able to follow the guidelines due to my work schedule.
As we work for healthcare sector we hardly get time to achieve the targets of the guidelines but keeping a healthy lifestyle also helps to improve immunity.
