ANS: compairison of online gift store and Brick and motor store :

1.location - online store does not requires a physical store ,physical presence are not mandatory in online store where as in Brick and motor store its important to have physical store where customer can rush to buy a product.

2. Marketing : marketing of gift product in online store will be done through the space of digital adveritising on social media platform, via mails  inpite of that brick and motor follow classical apporoach of advertising.

3.credibility: bricks and motors stores considered more trustworthy in comparison to online store because not able to take personal experience ,can not touch products so they are not able to make trust on product easily.

4. Expenses: Brick.and motor operating expenses are much higher than the online store .Brick and motor store has to pay location rent, electricity bill, sale staff salary where as online store operate on very much lower cost.

5.Discounts: online store can sell products in much lower and on more discounts beacuse of less operating cost they transffer thier low cost to customer and make product more affordable for them where as Brick and motor store will not be able to give such discounts to thier customer because of much higher operating cost.

6.Perception : perception of most of the cosumer is that goods from brick and store will be more Authentic inspite of product from online store because you can check out quality of good on the spot and can ask shopkeeper to replace the product on the spot.where as online store you can not check the authenticity of the product.

7.Time: Buying from online store more time consuming than buying from brick and motor store.online stores minimum requires two days to deliver your product whereas from brick and motor consumer can ger product on same day.

These two stores are completely different on thier approaches both have pros and cons after research and It can be evaluated that online store's definately operaing cost are much lower because Brick and motor stores has to pay taxes ,rents, salary. Therefore online store can provide discount to customer but when quality comes than brick and motor store wins because consumer does not trust on the quality online product inspite of that they want to buy what they can experience and touch it might be expensive but not risky shopping.
