THUS IT WILL REQUIRE ALL PERSONALS TO SPEAK AS WELL AS UNDERSTAND THE ENLISH LANGUAGE WHICH COULD BE A DIFFICULT TASK FOR PEPLE OF NON ENGLISH ORIGIN THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE THEIR BEST PERFORMANCE BECAUSE OF LACK OF LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE AS LANGUAFE LEARNING IS A TIME CONSUMING TASK AND FOR SOME IT COULD OF A DIFFICULT ONE TOO. THERE ARE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF EVERYTHING SO WE WILL BE DISCUSSING BOTH HERE.
