There are many benefits to implementing policies & procedures in the workplace. One of these benefits includes allowing an organisation to effectively control and manage its workforce. The policy should explain what acceptable and unacceptable behaviour in the workplace is.
Workplace policies include:
· Management Support
· Breach containment
· Consult with staff
· Define the terms of the policy
· Put the policies in writing and publish them
· Training and regular referral
· Implementation
· Evaluate and review
According to Lenny health care has always been a human-rights issue.
No staff had supported Lenny’s right as they are giving negative assistant to this.
Cultural diversity is a very crucial consideration in the organization specially in health care oraganizations.
It should be totaly patient centered and it should maintain hormony between all the factors.

According to Lenny:
There is need of making linkages between the reforms and elements of the human rights approach is timely as the federal government works with the aged care sector and older.
There should be a Consumer directed care, as well as there should be advance care chances to avoid unwanted effects in the therapy, which is the need of the time.
