2. Yes, they show social behaviour and it is matrilineal, in which a network of social relationships are sustained over 3 generations from the female members of the species. The way baboons huddle with together while they are resting and the other movements in their troops are the defense measures against outsiders and predators.
3. Baboons are only found in very specific areas of the world like in Africa and Arabia. 4 species: the chacma, olive, yellow and Guinea found in the savannas. Others live in other semi-arid habitats, though some baboons sometimes found in tropical forests.
4. Baboon species exhibit sexual dimorphism usually in size but also sometimes in colour or canine development.

New world monkeys have broad noses with a wide septum separating outwardly directed nostrils, 8 premolars and they rely much more on fruit whereas old world monkeys have narrow noses with a thin septum and downward-facing nostrils, as do apes and humans, 12 premolars and they focus more on leaves and grasses.
