Now days it is very convenient to buy it in busy schedule and most of the people want to eat such foods as they the move running to the important meeting and many other hectic schedules.

Furthermore so many people are in favor of such foods, many others are having issues. So these foods are having very controversial existence in the society.

Following are the typical advantages and disadvantages of such foods.

Advantages of fast food:

Fast foods are very convenient for working parents, having less time even to take a shower, in their busy lifestyle.

At the same time there are so many people, who travel on business and do not want to leave the place; fast food is a very convenient option. Hence they place the order and save their time.

The prices in such places are very genuine as there is high-level competition in fast food chain restaurants as well as a very good service concern.

More over some people are not in favor of such foods as there as so many disadvantages associated with such foods.

Disadvantages of fast food:

For the people who care about their weight, as per calories concerns fast food are not good option as there are chances of fat gain in this dietary lifestyle.

Fast food is having high strength of preservatives and other synthetic additives which are not good for heath of adults as well as kids.

Fast foods are having less nutritional value as such foods are often processed and prepared in an industrial fashion, on a large scale and are rapidly served in cartons or bags or in a plastic wrapping.

Taking fast food increases the habit of sitting and watching television or playing games in kids hence it is very fatal for healthy lifestyle.

Regular consumption of such high calorie rich foods can result in quick weight gain leading to invitation of serious health issues.

For the example risk of developing diabetes, atherosclerosis, high blood pressure as well as other obesity-related diseases.

At the last I would like to conclude that fast food is the option for busy schedule but we should not rely on such food habits for a long time.
