Almost everything we know about the universe comes from information carried in electromagnetic radiation: radio waves, microwaves, X-rays, visible light, and gamma waves have been travelling to us for billions of years, all at the speed of light. Using spectroscopes that work on the same principle as the ones we used in lab, scientists read the line spectra that the hot gases emit to determine the elements that compose the stars. Explain.
The heavier elements were formed in the stars by the fusion of hydrogen and helium nuclei. In atomsphere,at high temperature the gaseous clouds of hydrogen and helium are condensed due to the gravitational attraction stars are formed. These stars have higher density . In this fusion reaction protons and neutrons are combined together to produce high energy and light .
Most of the Chemical elements that make up our body come from the Big Bang which is responsible for creation and expansion of Universe.
The Stars are formed due to Big Bang.
Sun is one of the star.
The Earth and other Planets of our Solar system formed due to explosion of matter of Sun when another star passed nearby to the Sun.
Therefore Earth Contains all the elements gifted by Sun.
Our body contains all the elements taken from the Earth.
Gases generated after Big Bang contained a single atom Hydrogen which fused and formed Helium. Then further fusion of these atoms formed higher elements in Periodic table. Formation of these elements, their fusion and gravitational attraction formed Stars. Further cooling of stars formed heavier elements in the Stars.
Meteorites which were broken part of starsand their samples tested also reveals that they contain same elements as our Earth Contains.
So Big Bang is the reason for creating Stars and our Sun from which our Earth is formed from which our body getting all the chemical elements.larger nuclei were formed, including carbon, oxygen, silicon, magnesium, and iron. Ultimately, the stars underwent a gravitational collapse resulting in the synthesis of still heavier elements and an explosion visible throughout the universe as a supernova.
Matter from exploding supernovas was blown throughout the galaxy, forming a new generation of stars and planets. Our own sun and solar system formed about 4.5 billion years ago from matter released by former supernovas. Except for hydrogen and helium, all the atoms in our bodies and our entire solar system were created more than 5 billion years ago in exploding stars. We and our world are made from the ashes of dying stars
