ADEQUATE RESOURCES -

Adequate resources are those which are required for the growth of the company. Organization should follow all the rules and regulations to get all the adequate resource. Adequate resources are those which are enough for the process of the organization function.

LEADERSHIP AND STRUCTURE -

Leadership is the most important phenomena for each and every organization. Structure of the Egyptian companies is based on their leadership styles. Leadership decides the strategies of the organization. Each and every person of the organization work according to the policies and strategies made by the leader of the company. Some companies divide their work in small tasks and these tasks are performed by the teams which are under the control of the leader of the organization.

CLIMATE OF TRUST -

Climate of trust refers to those policies of organization which are directly related to the trust of the employees. Trust factor is the major phenomena in the company people should trust each other for effective performance.
