Cross cultural communication is the expression of ideas and feelings of two or more persons who have entirely different cultural backgrounds.Now more than ever global organizations try to ensure that their members and employees have the knowledge to communicate effectively beyond cultural boundaries.

In the globalised world, the importance of cross cultural communication has increased a lot. People are always eager to find new market and establish the business there. Beyond every strategy , effective communication is the essential factor for the business sucess. In such cases when we reach a new place, we have to convey our business idea to the people of that place in a manner which is easily under standable to them. As the world shrinks into one small and simple market, the importance of cross cultural communication increases.

Not only in the business environment but also in the health service sector also it's importantace has increased more than ever. In the recent out break of covid 19, the health workers needed to communicate patients from the different parts of the globe and the patients have to communicate to the health workers also. In these scenarios an effective communication is possible only by cross cultural communication.
