1) Focus on quality-----The quality of the products and services must be assured under strict supervision.

2) Joint Ventures-----In order to avoid competitions, the organisations join hands with other organisation mutually so that they can reap the benefits of capital.

3) Proper Control----- Proper controlling in the Organisation must be done to grow and avoid competitions.

4) Proper Planning---- It is important to properly plan and also execute their strategies.
