It is commonly argued that complex and sophisticated technologies have created problems for society because they have outstripped the human ability to control them; the naked ape is not able to act responsibly with the god-like powers of advanced technologies. Is this a fair assessment or not, and why?
The evaluation is fair, as technology can function independently and seeks to replace human interactions with time.
We see that humanity looks to advanced operating system for work typically done by people, as we are becoming more technology-dependent. Ideally, this would still make it possible for people to exist, but it actually enables technology to control what we have already established. Technologies beyond the scope of human control are developed such as robots, but technology can also be thought through with its software and hardware. Siri is an excellent example of how it doesn't really work, and how it works as an emotional robotic search engine. As humans, we build our fall, either by laziness or apparent technology, because we are not gods. We are gradually decreasing in our ability to control ourselves and technology as this development can turn us into a dystopia or utopia in the future. We are striving to move forward instead of combining efforts to maximize the potential of certain aspects until this is an obstacle to human civilization, which creates a societal and social catastrophe.
