Cardiovascular :

  • Regular and daily walk for atleast 30minutes in the morning
  • Avoid saturated fats in diet
  • Cardiofriendly exercise can be done (jogging)
  • Maintain blood pressure under normal range with any medication for cardiovascular issues ,low sodium diet )

Blindness

  • Period eye checkup once in every six months
  • Encourage to eat vitamin A rich foods
  • Report immediately in case of any changes in the vision level
  • Blood pressure to be kept in control to prevent glaucoma

Kidney failure

  • Monitor weight and maintain healthy weight
  • Proper diet
  • Regular exercise
  • Annual health checkup
  • Drink adequate liquid and observe for any changes in micturation

Foot care

  • Proper fitting footware
  • Do nor walk bare fiit
  • Clean with luke warm water and avoid any creams or moisturizer in between toes
  • Get foot massage to improve circulation

The common thing which has to be done to prevent all these complications is to keep blood sugar under control

2.Some of the ways to magnesium hypoglycemia

  • Encourage to take sugar about 15-20grams (honey can be a second option because it releases glucose slowly compared to sugar )
  • Ensure that meals ate allotted into small and frequent meals with snacks in between
  • The blood sugar has to be assessed in next 15munutes to ensure that the levels have increased to normal
  • In case of unconsciousness ,shift patient immediate to health care facility for help .
