Answer:

Human capital plays an important role in the business, and any changes that are taking place in the IT will have a direct impact on the employees. Without cooperation from the employee, a company cannot implement any changes in the IT system. Any changes made in the IT will require the employees to learn the new IT system specifications and their operations so that they can use them without any trouble.Changes in the IT will impact the entire organization across the departments’ results in every employee to learn the new system operations. It is essential for the employee to learn how the new system will operate without which integrated operations is not possible.

Without integration, in the business operation, the new change cannot be successfully implemented, and the company cannot realize the benefit of new IT. Every change creates more resistance in the internal environment because employees are reluctant to adapt to the new process and they have more skepticisms about the new system. Management of the company should pay more attention to the strategies that will result in best transitions and continuous transitions without resistance. The company should provide continuous training and development to the employees and must create awareness about the development in IT and their benefit to the organization. Employees should be given more privilege in providing their input and sharing their views about the new system and the problems associated with them (Heathfield, 2017).

Management must make the employees realize the importance of continuous change and development to the organization and their career. It will enable them easy embracing the new IT system. Effective training programs and on the job assistance to the employees till they are familiarizing with the new IT system will yield better benefit to the company. The major issue with the designing IT system is to develop the system that segregates the roles and responsibilities of every employee and every department.
