It is essential for the employee to learn how the new system will operate without which integrated operations is not possible.

Without integration, in the business operation, the new change cannot be successfully implemented, and the company cannot realize the benefit of new IT. Every change creates more resistance in the internal environment because employees are reluctant to adapt to the new process and they have more skepticisms about the new system. Management of the company should pay more attention to the strategies that will result in best transitions and continuous transitions without resistance.The company should provide continuous training and development to the employees and must create awareness about the development in IT and their benefit to the organization.
