Name major external environment changes that are happening and what impact they can have on an organization.
To be successful and thriving, organizations need to adapt and
exploit their external environment. An organization is a group of
people created together, intentionally, to serve the purpose
through a well-designed and coordinated plan and plan. Just as
organizations operate in external environments and are structured
and structured internally to meet external and internal needs and
capabilities. Various organizations include non-profit, public,
private, private, government, voluntary, family, and publicly
traded and managed. Organizations are commonly referred to as
companies, corporations, agencies, associations, associations,
affiliated groups and large companies.
Although the type, size, scope, purpose, and mission of the
organization help determine the external environment in which it
operates, it must still meet the requirements and conventions of
that environment in order to survive and grow. This chapter focuses
on how organizations adapt to their external environment and how
organizations are designed to respond to the challenges and
opportunities of these environments. The main steps for readers of
this chapter include the following:
1) Identify elements in the external and internal environment of
each entity that may interest or affect you as an employee,
shareholder, family member, or observer.
2) Look for ways to develop strategies and strategies that can help
you (and your organization) find ways to address or attempt to
control or appeal to elements (for example, marketing, political /
social / economic / technology) in the environment.
