internationalism is a political approach where international cooperation, trade and alliances are promoted by the government to achieve broader goals. It is the basis for the nations to form different types of bilateral and multilateral alliances of broader perspective that is not only about trade, but also it is also sharing technologies, resources and cooperation to make people and societies of these nations to get better and quality life.

The recent president is Mr. Barak Obama that promoted internationalism and it is evident by the fact that in his time, USA reached out to nations and tried to form new alliances such as Trans Pacific partnership. Though it could not get materialized when Mr. Trump came into the power. In a similar way, Mr. Obama came up with liberal policies for illegal immigrants and developed more cordial relations with Canada and Mexico as a part of NAFTA. It makes him follow internationalism approach.
