LetsVacuum, a family-owned manufacturer of high-end vacuum cleaners, has grown exponentially over the last few years. However, the company is having difficulty preparing for future growth. The only information system used at LetsVacuum is an old accounting system. The company has one manufacturing plant located in Selangor; and three warehouses, in Johore, Kedah, and Trengganu. The LetsVacuum sales force comprises only Malaysian nationals, and the company purchases about 25 percent of its vacuum parts and materials from a single overseas supplier. You have been hired to recommend the information systems LetsVacuum should implement in preparing for future growth.

1. The system should hold the details of the raw material and their quantity and notfy the user for ordering if threshold amount is reached.and the details of the warehouse like which warehouse has which material and how much

2.the system should allow the manufacturing plant ot use the system to update the material , make request for the material from the warehouse.

3.The system should have a database that store the material details that are in the warehouse.

4.the sytem should allow the input of the details like how much quantity of the finished product is sent to whom like we should have the details of the sales in system.

5.the system should automatically generate the invoice and price based on the input from the company.

b.

i will be explaining the warehouse details

The system will hold the details of the warehouse and each time a material is arrived , the details of the product is updated and the warehouse details are attached with each product, when the manufactring make the request for a certain the material than a program looks up in the database and notify the user that which warehouse has how much amount of material left and than the manufcatuting can make a request to the warehoue to send the product. If the finished product is needed to stored in the warehouse , than the manufacturng plant make a request for housing and the warehouse with the given requirement are displayed and tha the manufacturing plant can dispatch the product to the warehouse
