Go to Column B
write
"17-04-2015"

Now press "Flash Fill"
from the "Data" tab


Similarly
Go to Column C
write "13:11"
Press "Flash Fill"


now we got the both Date and time in seperate column
we can use the filter to get desired result
For better understanding we give column name
Date and Time

First we need to filter the date "14-04-2015"
to enable the filter
select the data
and
in the "Data" tab
Select "Filter"

now there is button will appear in every column
Click on the Date filter

Just select "14-04-2015"

Now we need to find the Latest time
Click on Time Filter
Select
"Sort Descending"

Now we can see the results
