Describe a situation where you overcame an obstacle to achieve a goal.What techniques did you develop to help you overcome this obstacle?

We all have some where Obstacles in achieve what we want , but it doesn't mean to run away or get a threat of them ,We have to overcome that obstacles with the proper strategy .,Setting goals is a step one to making progress with anything in our life . But the process of achieving those goals can get more complicated we will experencing challenges both minor and majors throughout the life . If we are navigate through obstacles then we will find that a goal that once seemed unattainable will start to become a reality . We can do it by the follow the following steps ;-

Adjust your attitude  

Take some time

Regain control Break down the obstacles into small goals

Move forward with commitment

Maintain a strong foundation

Mitigate future risks

keep a motivation high

For example ;--

The greatest challenge that I faced in my previous job as a travel consultant and was being on call when the terrorist attacks happened in paris .I had to ensure all our clients that were currently in pari s were safe , and put them in touch with local representatives that could be at hand if needed .I then quickly devised a report to see who would be flying inthenext week and put together two week , tailor made alternatives for other destinations . Being able to do the above under pressure relayed trust into our clients and several even sent hand written letters to our managing director to thank me for my care and support .

For another example ;- As when i was completing my first asignment for the university , something happened to my laptop , It broke down the night before and I lost my whole assignment the day before I had to hand it in . I tried to dowanload software to find where it had disappeared to but to no avail .rather than offer up excuses , I stayed upp throughout the night and reworte the entire assignment on a friend's laptop .It was challenging but I was so relieved that I managed to finish within the deadline.
