1. The correct answer is c

Dr. J Robin Warren was a pathologist who discovered that stomach ulcers (peptic ulcers causing sores on the lining of the stomach) are caused by infectious bacteria Helicobacter pylori. In around 1970, gastric biopsies came into the picture where a stomach tissue is removed that is suspected to be infected with bacteria for its examination. But, Dr. Robin Warren used staining technique and he kept on improving on those techniques for visualizing bacteria, and finally, in 1979 he noticed this spiral-shaped bacteria that is a causative infectious agent for peptic ulcers.

2. The correct answer is a

Basically, Darwin's theory is based on evolution, how organisms survive by struggling for their resources i.e organisms that adapt better according to the climatic area are capable to survive more and can reproduce. It also explains how organisms are evolved over a given period of time from their ancestors.

3. The correct answer is d

Lamarck worked on spiders, mollusks, worms, and other animals. So, while working on these animals and its fossils, he argued that species were not fixed, it changed over time.
