A. In india we have an intergrated judicial system,which means that the decisions made by higher courts are binding on the lower courts.There are three different structure of courts in india.

STRUCTURE OF INDIAN COURT
District Court -:The courts that most people interact with are called district court.
High Court -: Each state has a high court which is the highestcourt of that state.
Supreme Court -: supreme court is at the top level. The decision made by the supreme are binding on all other courts in india.It is locatedin New Delhi.

B.Summary offense -: It is a crime in some common law jurisdictions that can be proceeded against summarily,without the right to a jury trial and indictment. Summary offenses are often heard in a high court.

C.Actus reus has been as such result of human conductas the law seeks to prevent.an act may be positive or negative. Mens rea a loose term ofelastic significationand covers a wide range of mental states and condition, the existence of which would give acriminal hue to actual reus.
