Access to health care should be for all regardless of a person’s socio-economic status, sex, age, ethnicity, religion, color or any other belief. Is this system constantly improving? Is the constant change causing more issues for consumers than it is a benefit for them? Many attempts have been made to add, monitor, evaluate and implement ways to improve health care, but some concerns still exist, such as cost, value, quality and relationship. The current economy has affected many families in lots of different ways. One major way is through financial problems which can hinder a person from obtaining basic needs such as health insurance. Many Americans live day-to-day uninsured because they are not in the position to afford health insurance for them or their families. In 2011, approximately 50 million American remain uninsured and continue to struggle with medical issues. I have had the most wonderful experience providing free medical and dental services to the uninsured working poor for many years. Please share your thoughts.
