Proteins which are the essential building blocks of human body contains amino acids. These amino acids are not seen in most plants. Thus vegetarian fast foods cannot increase the basic growth of human bodies. Usually the plants, leaves and vegetables have to be half cooked for getting its essential nutrients. But when items are deeply cooked, added with sauces and creams and other ingredients ; it will contribute extra fat and sodium into the food item which makes vegan fast foods harmful for the health than the meat fast foods.

French fries is a vegetarian fast food item, but its regular consumption is bad for the body. Salt and varieties of powders are added to vegetarian fast foods to make a meaty taste.

Jackfruit is one of the vegan food item. There are many varieties of food items possible with this fruit. But the jackfruit only contains carbohydrates and doesn't contain any single amount of proteins. Thus it is not suitable for people choice of having a substitute for the meat fast foods.

Tofu is an important vegan menu which contains omega 3 but not in an amount as that in the non vegan menus.The Plants and vegetable leaves also omega 3 known as alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). It is needed to convert ALA into eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) or docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) for acquiring the nutrients. DHA have the essential nutrients to boost the brain enhancing more thinking and memory capabilities. EPA have the essential nutrients to lower the depression within a human thus providing more positiveness and healthier. But is not possible by humans. Both of these acids are contained in the fatty fish oils in a huge amount.

Also coconut oils are mostly used to maked vegan dishes. These coconut oils are saturated oils which is harmful for our body. Whereas the non veg foods are made with animal oils or other fatty oils which are unsaturated oils and are good for our body.

These are the risks associated with vegan mebus as compared to the non vegan menus.

Thus meat fast foods can provide better nutrients, essentials and a healthier body than a vegan based foods.
