Americans follow individualism. It means that the individual learns to live alone from an early age so that they can stand alone in their future life. If they can buy health insurance then they will get high-quality care if not no health care.

5. Patient center care
Most of the hospitals providing care base on the need of the patient. This leads to the provision of adequate and comfortable environments for patients in the hospital.
6. Disparities
Many immigrants are coming from outside leads to combination of many religions and ethnicities in America. This leads to an inequality in the treatment. This leads to not getting adequate health care facilities.
7. liberty
Liberty gives the citizen to broadly speak about their needs. This gives a chance to voice the need of the patients and uncomfortable things in the hospital. By using this feedback, the hospital administration can improve the health care delivery system.
This all helps to shape the health care delivery system. These negative and positive influences should be identified properly for a high-quality health care delivery system.
