Why is good documentation important in your research reports? Explain why recommendations should be specific and actionable. Provide at least two examples of recommendations that meet this standard.
Documentation is always the main and most important part in a research reports. It helps us to provide evidence and supportive argument for our research so that it wil have strong base to support the idea. It helps to acknowledge the idea of on what the research is made and also to acknowledge the idea of other people. It is always important to support your ideas in the document which can be done only with good documentation and valid resources.
Recommendations should be always specific and actionable because any recommendation which is not specific can be presumed in many different ways which inturn makes the recommendation invalid in some cases. So when there is a specific recommendations will help to create recommendations which will be helpful every where. Not only presenting specific recommendation is important but also it should be actionable because anything which cannot be put into action will be of no use as it will be only on paper.
Ex: In India
Narasimhan committee gave recommendations on Banking sector reforms which helped the banking sector in India to grow at a par level.
Shivaraman Committee gave recommendation to establish NABARD which helped the Agriculture sector and it's it's development.
