Health education plays a vital role for the patients as well as families to promote healthy livelihood. Therefore, it’s desired to put significant thoughts and quality time for designing the educational programs to develop specific and measurable objectives for patients and their families.

Furthermore the learning objectives use an active verb to specify the behavior changes which are desired to be included to measure the outcomes of the learning

Therefore, in designing the educational programs firstly the health care providers should consider the humanistic front of the patients and their families including the concept of learning along with the collaborative participation

In this chain when creating a patient’s health care plan, a nurse must should include such learning objectives.

In order to fulfill such desired objectives the health care providers have should include such effective learning objectives, which the patient or family are able to understood with all the information presented.

Hence the nurses and family members are required to work together on mutual basis.

And the final plan should be evaluated and analyzed using some designs and finally their effective implementation should be achieved for the wellbeing of the patients as well as for their families.
