The ethics involved in using human embryos for cloning research are complicated. Some scientist claim a moral obligation to pursue such research, with the goal of creating compatible tissue for transplants, or discovering genetic information that might cure incurable diseases. Others think it is wrong. What is your opinion?

"A new baby is like beginning of all things-wonder,hope ,a dream of possibilities."

Human embryos for cloning has raised many ethical concerns. An embryo is considered similar to a developed human. Children are considered to be a gift of God and destroying embryos is an offending act on religious stand. I support using human embryos for cloning. This method for cloning was evolved by scientist in order to develop healthy stem cells that would help in creating a compatible tissue for transplants and thereby helps to treat many diseases. The cells developed are more acceptable to body and thus reduces the chances of tissue rejection.

An embryo used for such studies are donated willingly by the donor. Conception, developing the embryo and delivering the baby is the decision to be taken by parents themselves. If these parents wish to donate their embryo for study purpose then its their willingness to do so. No one is stealing an embryo or forcing someone to act against her wish. The outcome of such researches will be a boon for the diseased patients.

Those people who raise ethical or moral obligation against such researches if becomes diseased, then immediately he/she will forget all morality involved in cloning. His only concern will be to get himself treated and to save his on life. What a person will do if he do not have a compatible donor for transplant and if his/her `diseased child is only 5 years ? Will such families not seek the benefits of embryonic cloning or will they still stay stick to these ethical issues involved behind embryonic cloning.

Although cloning involves ethical concerns but i believe it will be boon in medical field. These embryo should be legally donated and with complete consent of the donor. Malpractice in form of achieving embryo through abortions by creating an unsafe environment for the parents, should be dealt legally.

Some researchers claim that herbal supplements improve human memory. To test this claim, a researcher selects a sample of n = 25 college students. Each student is given herbal supplements daily for 6 weeks and then all the participants are given a standardized memory test. For the population, scores on the tests are normally distributed with µ = 70 and σ= 20. The sample of n = 25 students had a mean score of M = 80. Can we conclude...

This for a Python Class Suppose that a scientist is doing some important research work that requires her to use rabbits in her experiments. She starts out with one adult male rabbit and one adult female rabbit. At the end of each month, a pair of adult rabbits produce one pair of offspring, a male and a female. These new offspring will take one month to mature and become adults. To illustrate this, consider the first two months. At the...

For any controlled scientific study, a scientist starts with an observation, does some research to develop a hypothesis, and then designs an experiment that compares some baseline group with a test group. Data are then collected to confirm or refute the hypothesis. As you review the following study, consider whether the researchers correctly followed the scientific method. In the late 1990s, gastroenterologist Andrew Wakefield, along with a research team, set out to determine whether bowel disease caused by vaccines led to...
