Answer. Healthcare and education are both considered to be an important factors for the development of the nation. Healthcare is important because it has been seen that countries that have good or proper health care system have good economic growth. The reason behind this is that good health care system prevents the diseases in the evonomy and thus people are healthy. Due to which the work with great efficiency. Also a country with good health care system will have greater number of tourists than a country with poor health care system. This is because a nation with poor health care system might have diseases and will restrict the tourists to visit otherwise they might also fall ill.

• Education and health go hand in hand for a country to develop. But education alone can play a very important role in the country’s development. Education helps in upgrading people’s skills as well as their competence to perform good at their jobs and do well. Edicated people help in getting the morals and values to nation and also grab good paying jobs due to their skill and knowledge. Education acts as a tool to allievate many problems in the economy like poverty, places full of dirt etc. Educated people usually stand out from the uneducated people and are considered knowledgeable as well as skilled people.

• The government of less developed countries can do the following to make available the healt and education system to the people:-

- Government of developed countries can promote education by eliminating the school fees and most of the peoplenin developing countries can’t afford it. Also the school should get enough funds to provide mid day meals for the children as they might be malnourished.

- Government should develop health care programs for the poor and provide medicines at reduced proces so that the poor class can afford the medicare facilities. This will help them tackle the diseases and make them less prone to get ill. Through these health programs the government should also educate the people about how to live a healthy life and how they can avoid getting diseases.

- Along with the heakth care programs the government should start a vaccination campaign to eliminate all the existing diseases. This will help the people in living a healthy life and they will be able to be more effective at work. It is generally seen that a healthy person promotes more to an economy and thus if almost all the people are healthy then that would help the economy in getting developed a lot.

- Government should educate people about the benefits of education and health care on their lives and how they can improve their life styles. In simple words the government must make people fully aware of the health and education benefits.
