In today's generation every country is democratic and independent. But still there are curtain things that need to be improved and looked after. Below given are the few objective that every community or country should definitely look after keep in mind.

Firstly, developing the backward society in the community. Every individual has the right to get educated, getting proper services unlike others, getting a proper job etc. The community should not judge people by their religion, culture, cast or colour. The community should help those people who are unable to get required facilities like providing poor families with food, teaching their children for free, providing them with clothes, a shelter to live in. These are the few basic things that a community should see after.

Secondly, education and safety of girl child. Their are alot of families who does not send their girl child to school just because they thing that the girl needs to get married after she grows up so what's the use of education. Every single child weather it is a girl or boy deserves to get educated. Sending the child to school will not only provide knowledge but will also make them learn discipline and manners.

Country like India, where sexual assault, rape etc are increasing day by day and their is not action taken against it. The culprits are just kept in the prison for few years and after few years they are given freedom to leave their normal life. Strict action needs to be taken against these crime. Either the culprits needs to be hanged till death or our community needs to start teaching our children for self defence.

Last but not the least it providing jobs to every freshman that passes out from the college. Parents pay huge fees to get the child educated so that they can get better job. But unfortunately this doesn't happen. Therefore companies needs to start hiring freshers so that they can get an earning opportunity and get to learn new innovative things.

Every country is either developed or is developing, but every country is independent and has the freedom to speak for themselves and take the stand for the right thing that needs to be done for the betterment of the community and country.
