1. Good and sound management - Angel investors look for proof of knowledgeable management team which includes professionals in marketing, selling, production, human resource etc.

2. Good business plan: the business owners must have vision for the company and have a clear plan.

3. Exit strategy: angel investors also researches on the exit strategy. This means possible ways to sells the ownership of the company and reap the benefits of the investments

4. Opportunity for ownership or mentoring: most of the investors look for a position in management to mentor and develop the business and also options to buy a portion of the company's ownership
