concentration of sugar is increased in the bloodstream that will
stimulate the insulin production and all the sugar is cleared from
the blood.
Insulin will make the person hungry and a sort to crave for more
sugary items. All this can lead to overeating, increased body
weight. Also it can lead to diabete per person.
Ans 3) Naturally occuring sugars are the sugars
which can be found naturally in our food. Like fructose is present
naturally in fruits, lactose is present in milk.
Added sugars are those sugars that are added in the food at the
time of their production. Mostly the added sugars are present in
the packaged food items which include all the sugars which are
manufactured chemically. Food items like cereal, ice
cream,soda,muffins.
