A cognitive bias is a systematic error in thinking that occurs when people are processing and interpreting information in the world around them and affects the decisions and judgments that they make. The human brain is powerful but subject to limitations.

The bias influence the decision of action in significant way it greatly impact the decision making and consequent the action taken . We takes the action based on bias which causes wrong interpretation in our mind .

Avoid situation of congnitive bias :-

Avoid making decisions under time pressure

Avoid making decisions when you are cognitively involved in a different task

Take time to reflect if you are overly invested in being right rather than discovering what you might have missed. Ask: What might I be missing? Reframe errors as opportunities to learn and grow rather than evidence of your competency
