I. Background for Practice from Sciences and Humanities - Integrating scientific findings from various fields such as nursing, psychological fields, public health,quality improvement is important for continuously improving level of care by nursing.

II. Organizational and Systems Leadership- Leadership skills are required for critical decision making , working efficiently with team and dealing with system.

III. Quality Improvement and Safety -Nurse must be clear in methods,tools, performance measures and standard related to quality as well as prepared to apply measures to improve quality.

IV. Translating and Integrating Scholarship into Practice - Nurse must apply research outcomes within the practice setting and solve any problem if occurs during practice, works as a change agent and spread the result.

V. Informatics and Healthcare Technologies -Nurse must use technology to improve patient care and uses communication technologies to monitor and coordinate care.

VI. Health Policy and Advocacy - Nurse must be able to intervene at the system level through health policies development process and to employ advocacy strategies.

VII. Interprofessional Collaboration for Improving Patient and Population Health Outcomes - Nurses as a member or as a leader of team must collaborate, communicate , consult and coordinate with team members for effective patient care.

VIII. Clinical Prevention and Population Health for
Improving Health - Nurses must apply and integrate broad, client centred and culturally appropriate concepts in panning , delivery, management and evaluation of evidence based Clinical prevention and population health for improving health.

IX. Master’s-Level Nursing Practice- Master's level nursing graduate must have an expanded level of understanding of nursing and related sciences. Nurses have developed a deeper understanding of the nursing profession based on practices and continue their planing for lifelong learning and professional development.
