Media should exert an active role regarding public policy. Because most of citizens are not aware about importance of public policies. Many politicians presents the beneficial public policies for collection of votes but after elections commitments are forgeted by them. So media can represent their commitments Infront of citizens for reminding election commitments . Often policies are passes but administration don't work properly in implementation. So media can inform citizens about it and force administration for proper implementation of policies.

Media can exert opposite role by many ways. Media inform us about Wright or wrong. It can present dark side as bright or bright side as dark. Media can highlight a wrong person as best administrator and it can to inflame peoples about right things, persons or policies. This results people will select a wrong policy and they can oppose right policies. Opposite role of media can ruin the wellness of society and it is very harmful for pucblic's welfare.
