Justice: treating equally and fairly
Henrietta was the one behind HeLa cells but she was not informed about it. Dr.Gey didnot acted fair.
Autonomy: individual rights privacy . Autonomy was violated as Henrietta don't know her cells from body was used for experiment.
Beneficence:compassionate to do good , promotion of kindness by helping others .
Henrietta was used for helping others .
Paternalism: Taking decision for others thinking to do good .
Henrietta's doctors didn't kill her for doing experiment but she was a part of an invention in science.

Non maleficence: least harm possible when good effect can be obtained
Henrietta was obtaining harm by growth of cancer but Dr.Gey was trying to create immortal cells which will help everyone.
Fidelity: Being faithful , true to the patient.
