How did COVID - 19 affect our health workers?

COVID 19 is a pendamic disease which is affecting number of countries and causing so much damage to people both emotionally and physically.Many people are dying and several health care workers are dying along with them while trying to save them.

As we know health care workers are the front line defence of any health outbreak and there is no change with fight aganist COVID 19.They are being subjected to several hazards including chemicals,physical and emotional violence,emotional distress,long hours,stress,fatigue,ooccupational burnout and mostly with the virus itself.

Solutions mostly include providing safety kits and equipment,PPE so that they can protect themselves and also giving psychological support and helping them as much as we can are the solutions we can have about this situations because they can't stop treating people and there is shortage of health workers so giving them shifts is not likely to happen.But we as human beings should do as the healthcare and government asks and remain isolated so we can stop the spread and thus the health workers can have respite.
