Company I choose is Avanti feeds, it is traded on National Stock Exchange as well as Bombay Stock which is listed in India.this company Majorly operates into the business of frozen shrimp and majority of its earnings are from the exports as India is a very highly underpenetrated market for shrimps.

External environment of Avanti feeds comprises of various type of competitors which includes Apex Frozen food, water base, and Godrej agrovates.These companies face a lot of rules and regulation issues, because they are into such business which required continuous monitoring from government as Substandard quality can lead to loss of life.

it has a very efficient supply chain network and business distribution channels through which it supplies majority to the United States and the Europe. The shares has grown multifold and which can be attributed majorly to the growing business and the Monopoly kind of market.

There are several opportunities associated with this business as India is still underpenetrated in consumption of shrimps and this company can still make a lot of domestic sales, if shrimp sales in India is going to go up in coming future.

there are several threats associated with this business is currently with the emergence of covid-19 . there is a chaotic situation and people are refraining from consumption of fresh meat. it's business as slumped because people are refraining from eating frozen shrimps as this fear, it can contain the virus.
