Federal government is a form of government where power is divided between national central government and regional state governments in ruling the country and its people. K-12 education is a federal system in India. It has become so since the introduction of TET recruitment process as well as removal of permanency in Central Government Schools all over the country during the rule of Congress government. This issue currently discourages a wide section of public from preparing and appearing in interviews nationwide. Introduction of TET by the Congress Government making the regional language important has become an issue for a wide section of meritorious students in joining the profession. Most important problem created by the Congress Government was introduction of Contractualism in Central Government Schools discouraging a great number of meritorious candidates. This issue needs to be solved as early as possible to encourage young, energetic and intellectual candidates in joining the profession for a better tomorrow.
