Bias is an unfair or injustice against a person or group,
organizations normally face this issue and it will very hard to
handle it.
Suggestions to over come Bias:
- Appraisal system should be defined as 360 degrees, it has to
consider feedback from reporting manager, peers and suborditinates
to get right appropriate response.
- Each and every individual has to given an appropriate channel
to express his/her views and opinions.
- A proper moral conduct has to be defined need to be implemented
across the organization.
- Workplace has to be free from all kinds of Harassments.
- Clear definition of roles and Responsibilities needs to be
defined.
- KPI's and metrics has to clear for each and every job
role.
- There should be independent function to handle issues or
concerns raised by employees.
- Employees grievance mechanism must be defined and it has to be
fair across organizations.
- Feedback need to be collected across employees on their
satisfaction with the organization policies.
